Whale sharks are wild, free-roaming animals — sightings are never guaranteed. Tours may also be delayed, rerouted, or suspended due to rough seas, bad weather, or safety orders from the coast guard/authorities beyond our control.

If no whale sharks are sighted or the activity is cancelled for these reasons:
Rescheduling: We offer free rescheduling or an alternative activity of similar value when available.
Non-refundable costs: No refund applies for already incurred costs such as land/boat transport, fuel, permits, and guide fees.
Unused portion: Partial refund or travel credit may be arranged only for fully unused portions of the tour.
Tour Type: Fully private; pace and order are adjustable with guide agreement.
Weather Safety: Light rain proceeds; unsafe seas or storms will trigger reschedule or full refund. No partial refund applies mid-tour.
Liability: The operator is not liable for delays from weather, road/ferry closures, personal injury, or lost items. A safety waiver must be signed before Badian canyoneering.
